For recruitment & HR

Never let a good candidate go cold again.

Book a 30-minute audit. We'll show you where candidates are dropping off — and whether AI can screen, schedule, and keep them warm while you chase the next req.

30 min · No sales pitch · One-page action plan

Good candidates. 48 hours of silence.

Thirty candidates waiting in your inbox. Each needs a personal reply. You're already sourcing the next three roles.

What recruiters tell us

Common themes from recruiting discovery calls

Anonymized so recruiters can speak freely. Named references available on request once we've done a call.

First-reply time is the killer. We know we should respond within an hour but we're already sourcing the next role. By Friday, half the inbox is cold.

GDPR is the part vendors always dodge. We need to know exactly where candidate data lives, how retention works, and what we sign before anything goes live.

A simple process built around your hiring flow

Simple phases, clear decisions, and fewer moving parts than a typical consulting deck.

Understand the bottleneck

Understand the bottleneck

We map where your recruiters get stretched: first replies, scheduling, intake, candidate updates. Then we pick the highest-value workflow to improve first.

Two ways to build AI. Only one lasts.

The "standard" approach

(What you see everywhere)

A chatbot that breaks

The first time a candidate asks about salary, visa, or remote — the script falls apart and you get an angry application review.

A frozen flow

Your screening criteria change, the role spec changes, the hiring manager changes — the bot doesn't. Someone patches it between sprints.

Built by engineers

Who've never run a screen. They build what was specced, not what your recruiters actually do at 17:00 on Friday.

The Akira approach

(Our philosophy)

An agent that understands

It applies your screening rules, reads candidate context from your ATS, and routes edge cases to a recruiter — never auto-rejects.

A workflow that adapts

Update a screening criterion, change a hiring manager, swap a stage — the agent picks it up. You don't re-train it from scratch.

Built around your hiring flow

We shadow your recruiters on a real req before we write code. The agent moves candidates the way you'd move them — and stops where you'd stop.

Questions worth answering

How do you handle candidate data and GDPR?+

Candidate data stays in your ATS. The agent reads and writes through your existing system — we don't create a shadow database. All processing follows your retention policies and we sign DPAs upfront. You stay in control of what's stored, where, and for how long.

Does it work with Teamtailor, Greenhouse, or Workday?+

Yes — these are our most common ATS integrations. The agent reads candidate stages and writes notes/updates back into the ATS, so your recruiters see one timeline, not a parallel one.

How is this different from a chatbot or a Zapier flow?+

A chatbot answers questions. Zapier moves data. We build agents that understand context, take real actions inside your existing tools (ATS, calendar, email), and improve with feedback. The output is one clearly-defined workflow your team can hand off to and trust — not a bot bolted onto your careers page.

Will candidates notice they're talking to an AI?+

We don't hide it — transparency is in your interest. The agent identifies itself when asked and hands off to a recruiter the moment a candidate prefers human contact. In practice, the response speed and consistency improves candidate experience, not the opposite.

What about bias and fairness in screening?+

The agent applies your screening criteria — not its own. We help you write rules that focus on job-relevant signals (experience, qualifications, role-specific questions) and we keep a human checkpoint before any reject decision. You stay in control of who advances and why.

How long until something is actually running?+

Small, well-scoped agents go live in about three days. More complex builds with deeper integrations take two to three weeks. We share the timeline up front in the discovery call so you know exactly what to expect.

What does it actually cost?+

The build subscription is 19,995 SEK/month, covering one active build at a time. Hosting and maintenance for each deployed agent runs separately — typically 1,500–4,000 SEK/month depending on volume. Full breakdown in the discovery call so there are no surprises.

How do I find out if my team is a fit?+

Book a 30-minute audit. We'll pinpoint the workflow costing you the most time, show you what an AI fix looks like for it, and you'll leave knowing whether it's worth doing — and whether it's worth doing with us.

Who's behind this

Jules
Founder, Akira Agent

I've spent the last decade in product and operations — including the years where I was the person retyping the same quote, the same status update, the same "where's my order" reply. Akira Agent exists to give that hour back. I take every discovery call myself, and bookings go straight to my calendar.
