Case study · Feels Like Sun
More consistent marketing. Less time spent coordinating installers.
Feels Like Sun is a Swedish solar panel and battery installation company coordinating installers across the country. The team faced two challenges: keeping its marketing channels active and managing the daily communication that kept installation projects moving.
Akira helped address both with AI workflows built around the company’s existing tools.

The challenge
Feels Like Sun was paying an external agency for around two blog articles a month and one social media post a month. The company wanted a more consistent presence, both to attract customers through search and to reassure prospects checking its social channels that the business was active and informed.
Meanwhile, coordinating installers required daily manual work. The project manager sent out addresses and project details, then answered follow-up questions throughout the day. Installers could wait 15–25 minutes for a response, while routine communication took time away from sales follow-ups and developing new business.
What we built
Daily SEO content
We implemented an AI agent that generated and published one blog article a day, increasing output from two articles a month to daily publishing.
Within approximately two months, Feels Like Sun reached the top position for “solar panel installer Stockholm” and began receiving leads through organic search.
An active presence across social channels
We built a workflow that researched industry news, including new technologies, regulations and market developments. An AI agent turned those updates into posts, generated accompanying visuals, adapted the content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, and published daily.
The purpose was to maintain a credible, active presence for prospects researching the company. Social media lead generation was not the objective.
Together, the content workflows delivered substantially more output at a lower monthly cost than the previous agency arrangement, including maintenance and usage costs.
Installer coordination through WhatsApp
We connected monday.com to a WhatsApp assistant that automatically sent each installer the details of their scheduled jobs, including addresses and relevant project information.
Installers could ask follow-up questions directly in WhatsApp and receive immediate answers based on the information held in monday.com.
